research for 2 years--publication soon, but probably won't be soon enough to contribute to my application some scholarships, dean's honor list kinda stuff, volunteering for past 2 years, both clinical related and non-clinical exec. of some clubs play an instrument, had a recital at 12

i just got my MCAT result back and was motivated to finally put up my profile after lurking on the site for so long:P. as an international student,i know my chance of getting into any med school in the list is pretty slim.i'm not sure how competitive i'm in terms of the top tiers.Any insights would be very appreciated.
