6/13 AMCAS verified, shipped out 6/30 Practice test 35 FTW! I really really want some secondaries to fill out. 7/1 Finally got a secondary, from my own institution. Yaaay! 7/3 Yeah, guess what, I haven't done a lick of work on that secondary :D. I got a 36 on AAMC 8 yesterday, though. Received Brown secondary. 7/5 Filling out own institution's secondary application. 7 essays! Blargh (though 6 of the 7 are more short-answer type.) 7/11 Applied to NYMC and Yale. One week 'til MCAT disasters! Got a 37 on AAMC 7 yesterday. 7/15 Got my Tufts Secondary. Will be so easy to fill out. MCAT encroaches! 7/22 Took the MCAT last Friday. I felt pretty good coming out of the test, before I was consumed by doubt :D. I am now in the throes of secondary-writing! 8/12 So I've finally submitted most of my secondaries. UMass is giving me some issues (the residency bits, mostly) and I'm thinking of just dropping Brown and Yale. I'm not up to writing two essays at this point. 8/20 So yesterday I got my scores. 12 11 12 Q. Not too shabby. Now I just need to get some letters out and FINALLY I'll be complete at some places. 12/2 I received news of my acceptance at my home institution on November 20th. What a relief! Now I'm just going to see what happens.
