Brief Profile:
The above MCAT scores are not real, they are my goals and should be all the others.
Also, BCPM GPA is not up as I honestly have no clue.
I am currently in the 5th year Master's Program.
Therefore, I still have good 'one' year to bring up grades a little more.
Throughout the year, I am planning on taking followings:
Biochemistry I, II, Advanced Physics worth of 12 semester hours, Cal III, and biology credits for my master's degree.
I had 2 'bad' semesters due to family issues with Cs and Ds.
But I have managed to pull my way up as much as I can and I continue to do so.
During my undergraduate year thus far,
Research for environmental effect on artheroscelorosis (pathology department): will be publishing as a co-author and my own project will be given for the master's thesis. I hope to juice it out and get published few more times
Honors: ALD, AED, Phi Sigma (biology honor), Golden Key, Phi Kappa Phi, Psi Chi (psychology honor: waiting on this one), and hopefully few more
Leadership/ Community Service/Experience >>Golden Key officer >>UAB hospital for 7-8 months >>Ronald McDonald for 2-3 months >>Children's Hospital (planning on and I wish to continue) >>TA (biology; planning on starting from '08 fall) >>Student Assistant (almost 2 years for the department, maybe more)
Also as I am doing Psychology Honors, I will be doing another research on bipolar disorder. [Cannot wait :D research on actually human beings]
I came to college at the age of 17 with lots of dream and lack of maturity, and I went through much trouble than most average students due to huge responsibility that I have in my family. While I deeply regret my bad semesters, please be considerate and thoughtful on your comments. Constructive criticism would be great, encouraging comments would be even better.
I taking MCAT on August 15, 2008. I know, I really need to ROCK it!! and I will try my best.
