Summary of Application Experience
This has been one of the most stressfull times in my life. There were a couple of ups, and many many many many downs. All in all I tried to be extremely optimistic (i'm usually not!) and just hoped and prayed that something good will come out of this. This takes up a lot of energy and it drains you financially and emotionally. You become insane, checking your email 24/7, checking your mail, spending your life on SDN or Mdapplicants for some kind of hope. I had really hoped that schools would over look the 5 in verbal since that was the section that was hurting my overall score. This was my second attempt at the MCAT, verbal seems to be a constant problem. I was really disappointed with my score the second time around, I took the whole summer off to study. I am now debating whether or not I should waste more time and money and take the exam over or go to the carribbean.
