Summary of Application Experience

MD/PhD only.

4 First author publications (1 review that is online only, ehh not so great, 1 to an AWESOME journal that i\'m stoked about, 2 to mediocre journals that I could care less about).
- 1.5 years of volunteering at the emergency dept at a level 1 trauma ctr. (~250hrs)- letter of rec on file
all the usual...

Post MS- worked in 2 other labs. Current one is F-ing sweet.

Not into putting down the whole list of schools below. I\'ve put up about 1/3 of the list of schools i\'ve applied to. I got a ton of interviews (that I\'m super grateful for), but only attended somewhere around 7-8 before I got burned out. I attended interviews for my top choices, and withdrew at schools I knew my heart wasn\'t into.

good luck guys i\'m done with this hellish process. I never want to go through this again in my life. At least residency is 8 years away.
