Summary of Application Experience

START YOUR APPLICATION PROCESS EARLY!!!!!!! You hear this a thousand times but you don't want to be waiting in December for one last LOR (Letter of Recommendation) like I did. I highly recommend waiting a year to apply the next cycle if you have any doubt.

Have all of your LORs done now. Submit your completed AMCAS/AACOMAS (personal statement, LORs, MCAT and transcript) by July THE LATEST.

Plan on spending a ton of money. Keep costs down by only applying to the schools you truly have a shot at getting into and most importantly see yourself spending the next 4 years there!

MCAT: $2000 (Month off of work+ 250 for the test + 300 for self study books)
AAMCAS: $300
7 Interviews: $3000

Please ask if you have questions!
