  • Brief Profile: GPA is horrendous. had a bad time jr. year that really ruined my GPA. since then my GPA avg'ed a 3.8 (3.8 sci, 3.9 other). MCAT could've been better. people have asked me to explain this, and the best i can say is that i hadn't taken intro bio in 5 years. went to a HYP.

    i applied last year, and (not surprisingly) i was rejected. interviews at UT-Houston, UTHSC-San Antonio, and Drexel. i talked to an academic advisor who said to keep the MCAT, keep everything, and just apply earlier. i got in, and the school's near my family, so i couldn't have asked for anything more.
