Summary of Experience:

And another waitlist. Not feeling oh-so confident about my ability to interview. Happy Valentine\'s Day to you too NYU!

liked it just like i liked BU, probably even more. manhattan is an amazing place, and its hard to imagine a school being in a better location.

bellevue is a historical hospital, the kind i would want to experience as a medical student. (only BMC compares as far as the schools I interviewed at, and even that isn\'t quite similar)

good programs in all of the things i am interested in.

honors in research? (Must be basic science)

can do MD/MPH in 4 years

avg. board score of 235.

facilities pretty good - not a big thing for me.

student housing can be all 4 years, dorms were actually nice (as opposed to most student dorms, which tend to be pretty pathetic).

got waitlisted at brown during my interview, so i was pretty unhappy during all of the tours in the sense that i couldn\'t be asked to make small talk with everyone, although the students here seemed pretty happy and involved in a lot of things.

very kind interviewer, might have talked a little too much though (kept questioning whether i should just stay quiet and let her talk).

Duke University - "impressive school. curriculum is great. happy students. beautiful campus. warm weather. appeared to ..."
Boston University - "Accepted! with scholarship! (not full tuition but still wonderful) I submitted my secondary Septe..."

Summary of Application Experience

If someone had told me I would have ended up with acceptances at the schools I did in September, I would have ran off psyched out of my fucking mind.

PS if you can identify who I am goodworkyo
