I was very favorably impressed when I interview at EVMS. For all the crap they get about being the low end of the VA MD totem poll, their facilities are nice and new, the faculty is really friendly, the students seem happy, and I really got the impression that EVMS was on the up and up.

Yup. This is my dream school. And I'm in.
Shall I count the ways? Charlottesville is a fantastic college town, the surrounding countryside is beautiful, the NxGen curriculum has a clinical, applied focus which I think I'll really benefit from, the administration seems incredibly responsive to students, great hospital system (I've volunteered there).
I'm definitely pumped. Another four years at UVA? Tell me where to sign.
